A japanese inspired piece, this fine art print of a trio of Koi carp was originally painted in watercolour.
I enjoyed using plenty of wet on wet for the loose fish markings and contrasted this with some detailed bubbles to finish off. This is a little different to my usual style with a watery indigo background filling the whole page and making the fish pop.
 
Koi are known for swimming against the current and overcome obstacles and for this reason symbolise strength, courage and perseverance. We could all do with a little of that!
 
Select 'Trio of perseverance' as print only or with a mount. Mounted prints are attached using hinge method and come with backing board. 
 
The fish art print is available in A3, A4 or A5 size. Mount dimensions are 10x8" mount for A5 prints, 14x11" mount for A4 prints a,d 20x16" for A3 prints. Posted in board-backed envelopes to protect them in the post. Printed on heavy weight 230gsm archival paper with longlife inks.
