1. Who we are
Tickled Ink create and sell personalised prints and portraits. At Tickled Ink, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our website. In particular, we want you to know that Tickled Ink do not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy we’ve provided detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

2. Types of data we collect
Mailing Data
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter and via completion of our website forms including our contact form and product quotation forms, we collect personal information including your first name, last name and email address. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about information you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain additional information; to contact you with other information relevant to the product purchase; to check our records are right and to check that you’re happy and satisfied. We treat this information as confidential and won’t share or sell it with third parties. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter and a third-party. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

Google Analytics Data
When someone visits www.tickledinkart.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site so that we can improve our website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Domain Information
We also collect domain information (e.g. IP address and referring URL’s) as part of our analysis of the use of this site. This data enables us to become more familiar with how people visit our site, how often they visit and what parts of the site they visit most often. This information is collected automatically and requires no action on your part.

Competitions & Offer entries on social media
From time to time we offer competitions and promotions via social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. If entering these we collect your name and contact details provided by the social media platform. Product order data
Our online shop is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. When you purchase something from the Tickled Ink website, we collect your name, address, email and telephone contact number these are processed and stored by our eCommerce provider Wix see Wix’s privacy policy.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase via credit card, then we use Stripe to process your transaction. See Stripe’s privacy policy. If you choose to pay via Paypal they process your transaction. See Paypal’s privacy policy. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
When you purchase a product from Etsy, your name, address data, email and contact number will be processed and stored by Etsy. Etsy also process your payment details. See their Etsy's Privacy Policy.

3. Third Party Services
The third-party providers used by us listed above in 'Product Order Data' will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
